Mr. Andri V. Sigurdsson joined LLG – Legal Services (originally Logmenn Laekjargata), 2013 as a partner. Andri has been active in advising leading investors and corporate clients on M&A transactions, as well as on corporate law. Andri has long standing experience in advising clients on incorporation and operation of investment funds in Iceland, Luxembourg and Malta.
Andri has served as a board member of various investment funds, companies and institutions.

His practice is mainly concentrated on investment funds, corporate finance and capital markets, restructuring, corporate and M&A, acting for leading investors in Iceland.
Previously he was a Senior Lawyer at Kaupthing bank hf. in Reykjavik between 2000-2007 before moving to Luxembourg where he worked for Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg S.A. between 2007-2010 and then at Reviva Capital S.A., as Associate Director, from 2010 until he joined LLG – Legal Services.
